IS Marlborough has designed and built its own mole plough for the installing of frost laterals underground very close to the intermediate posts. The burying of the lateral helps prevent the laterals from freezing before water frost protection is activated. The depth can be adjusted to suit from 100mm-300mm.

The unique, central mounting position allows the mole plough to follow the contour of the land without the typical lifting or breaking out of the normal rear mounted ploughs.
